a photo a day :: week 8

I'm not going to lie. The reason that this post is so late is because I've been trying to figure out if this dress is black and blue or white and gold. Don't even get me started. (Spoiler - it is black and blue)
This week has been so much like that last few. Crazy, fast paced, coffee hazed.
We had gymnastics on Monday, snow on Tuesday, a photo shoot Wednesday, and then more snow on Thursday - which resulted in loss of power and water for approximately four hours. Four hours doesn't seem like a long time unless you're trapped in your house with a five year old that doesn't understand why she can't flush the toilets or Skype her grandparents. And no grilled cheese or hot cocoa when she came in from playing the snow either. I mean really it just felt like punishment for all of us.
On top of all this, I'm trying to figure out when I can get a run in because I'm training for a 5K - did I not mention that before? I don't think I did. Now you know. I have become OBSESSED with running. As well as "launching" my photography thing. Which - might I add - has gotten a lot of really positive feedback and makes me super happy. Sleep deprived I am, Dream driven I am as well. That might not make any sense. Just go with it.
